Cancellations
Customers at Netto Ceramika have the right to cancel their order up until the day before it is shipped.
Returns and Exchanges
To return a product, it must be sent to our physical address, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will send a credit note via email from info@nettoceramika.se, marked with the original order number.
Under the Distance Selling Act and contracts concluded outside business premises, the consumer has the right to inspect the product to assess its functionality and properties. If the product is used beyond this right, its value decreases. Netto Ceramika always inspects the product before processing a return.
Return in Original Packaging (Intact): 100% Refund
Return Without Original Packaging or with Damaged Packaging: 75% Refund
Returns are accepted within 14 days for damaged products.
Our return and refund policy applies within 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since the purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or return.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send a confirmation via email. If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and the amount will be refunded to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Delivery
When you place an order with Netto Ceramika Sweden, you enter into a purchase agreement with us. The agreement is confirmed via email to the address you provided at the time of ordering.
If there are any errors in price information or delivery times, we will contact you to inform you of any changes. You have the right to change or cancel your order.
Netto Ceramika Sweden does not enter into agreements with individuals under 18 years of age. We reserve the right to correct printing errors and obviously incorrect prices.
We are not responsible for damages, color changes, or similar issues that may arise due to incorrect installation or improper use of the product.
Customer’s Responsibility When Ordering
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the dimensions and details provided at the time of purchase are correct.
Instructions and Quality
Netto Ceramika Sweden only sells ceramic tiles of class 1, which meet EU standards and Swedish standard BIII EN14411.
Prices and Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT. The total price, including VAT, shipping, and any payment fees, will be shown in the customer’s shopping cart.
We reserve the right to correct printing errors and obviously incorrect prices. (Does this need to be stated twice?)
If an order is suspected to be fraudulent or an attempt at fraud, it will be reported to the police.
We offer the following payment methods:

- Invoice
When paying by invoice, Netto Ceramika Sweden collaborates with Swedbank. To shop by invoice, you must provide your personal identification number or organization number.
You must be at least 18 years old to pay by invoice.
Products and Delivery
A shipping fee applies to all orders, unless otherwise stated. The fee depends on the order value and the selected shipping method.
Customer’s Responsibility During Transport
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct contact details are provided at the time of ordering so that the shipping company can reach you during delivery.
If you cancel your order, you are responsible for return shipping and the risk of the return.
We accept returns of unopened and untreated packages within 14 days.
Products delivered on a pallet must be returned in the same way. Therefore, it is important to save the pallet. When the shipping company picks up the return, the pallet must be placed on a flat surface that allows for pickup with a forklift.
Netto Ceramika Sweden is not financially responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.
Netto Ceramika Sweden is not financially responsible for the transport or return of damaged tiles.

According to data protection laws, you have the right to request information about the data we have registered about you. If the information is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you may request that it be corrected or deleted.
